I love silicone bakeware and this is my favorite
piece. You DO need to spritz it with non-stick
spray, but if you do nothing sticks and
everything is evenly browned. I use this most
often for zucchini and pumpkin breads and they
have turned out beautifully every time. This
washes up perfectly on the top rack of a
dishwasher and the cradle supports the full pans
very well. I have used traditional glass and
metal pans as well as stoneware for my
mini-loaves and nothing has performed like this
pan.

I was so surprised that the very first batch of
these little balls came out perfect. the
directions call for 1 Tablespoon of butter per
"ball" but only 1 teaspoon is really
necessary then then only every two batches (you
really need it on the third but they only stick
a bit.
My daughter loved them, and they are really easy
to make. No special recipe, I just pulled out a
box of pancake mix and it worked. Even adding
the filling was easy. Plus they cooked in about
3 minutes total.

Just last night, I realized that my husband, who
is newly interested in the kitchen, had left my
Cobalt Pyrex baking dish in the oven through
several bakings of other items. It was on the
bottom shelf right by the burner and completely
empty. (it was originally full of water to help
steam some bread). After a total of nearly 5
hours of 350* to broiler temps of 500*, and
hearing the stories of other people saying
theirs had exploded, I was terrified to take it
out of the oven, scorching hot.

Magnalite Classic 18-Inch Oval Covered
Roaster

This is a wonderful roaster, easily holding a 20
lb turkey, but it is HUGE. Between the weight of
the roaster and that of the turkey, you really
need muscles to get it in/out of the oven! But
it cooks and cleans up beautifully. Can't beat
Magnalite.

Chef's Planet Pizzaware Rustic Pizza Pan with

I purchased two of the rustic pizza pans frankly
because they were on sale and I needed a filler,
but I have been pleasantly surprised. I make my
own dough and have been looking for a pan that
cooks pizza crust evenly. The pan also cleans up
great.
And the cookbook is really a good resource.
Along with pizza recipes the book also includes
dough, homemade sauces, breads and other dishes.
The recipes are easy and delicious.
