I've had this coffee maker since college, and I'm about to graduate law school. If it ever dies I will definitely be replacing it with another one! It's perfect if you're the only coffee drinker in the house, and everyone knows it's smarter (especially in this economy) to brew your own coffee rather than wasting your money on Starbucks every day.

Well, I like to drink mabye 2 big strong mugs of coffee every morning and thought it would be easier to use this instead of half filling my drip machine every day, but, it turns out I never found a coffee I loved, and it is just easier/less work to use my drip maker. se la vie!

My Senseo developed a fatal flaw after 10 months. Phillips was not as accommodating as I had hoped. Given that there is competition in the market and money is not an huge issue, I refused to grovel with Seneo and purchased a Keruig.

I bought this coffee maker for myself. I like one cup of good coffee in the morning. A regular coffee maker does not make a good single cup of coffee. It usually comes out weak. This machine is make a good one cup of coffee. If you like one cup of decaf after dinner, this machine is perfect. If you usually make more than two cups of coffee, I do not suggest this machine.
